Job Summary:

A Global Law Firm is seeking attorneys with 46 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions.

Qualified candidates will have:

Ideal candidates will have strong M&A skills
Experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents
Managing deal process and client relationships
Work flow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters for clients with sophisticated needs
Supervising junior associates
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school required
