A bachelors or masters degree in accounting Finance or a related discipline is preferred.
Possess 35 years of Experience in Accounts Payable (Travel & Expense)
Experience/exposure in Middle east/ South Africa Payment will be a Plus.
Experience in Shared Service Center Environment (Desired).
Experience in Onsite/Virtual Transition is beneficial.
Proficiency in SAP Enterprise specifically in FICO and MM modules is desired.
Advance SAP Concur skills.
Mentor & Support team meet daily targets without affecting accuracy or deadlines.
Analyze Root Causes for errors & implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive action)
Provide regular data reports (Daily weekly & Monthly to FLM & support for Process Improvements.
Serve as SME Mentor & backup for Front Line Manager
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word PPT etc.)
Details oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detailoriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Flexible and adaptable capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines in a fastpaced office setting.
Availability for flexible shift timings and Work from Office or onsite work.
Available to work from Sunday to Thursday with Friday and Saturday as designated Weekoffs
