Qualifications :
- Associates Degree
- Bilingual a plus
- 35 years of experience of performing customer service sales logistics or administrative tasks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- SAP experience is preferred but not required
- Skilled communicator to ensure professional and effective interactions
- Ability to solve problems responsibly and efficiently
- Interpersonal skills to support positive environment
