ABOUT US:
One of the cornerstones of this success is our video streaming content and services for 200 betting and media companies across the globe delivering an unmatched amount of LIVE sports events. Being part of Sportradars Audiovisual (AV) tribe the product organization that delivers video & streaming within Sportradar your contribution will ensure the continuation of this trajectory.
As Product Manager Content Management you are responsible for driving Sportradars Content and Broadcast Management System (AVCMP) one of AVs core components. You work on roadmaps in an Agile environment align the needs of Sportradars product and engineering teams and are actively contribute to plans regarding new product requirements features and services for stakeholders of the CMP platform. Additionally you will work closely together with other AV teams and products to make sure dependencies are considered deployments are seamless and functionality related to other AV stakeholders is ensured.
This role includes being part of a multinational team of developers and product managers alike spread across several locations in Europe.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Working on endtoend product delivery from requirement analysis to developing features and functionalities which delight our clients and internal stakeholders and align closely with technical leads.
- Foster internal alignment and relationships with other key products and units within AV in Sportradar such as: the Video Technology Team (VTD); Analytics and Reporting (AVA); Live Channel Internal (LCI); AV OTT and AV Operations
- Having an eye on operational efficiency you are driving the development and implementation of KPIs that lead to the improvement of internal and external processes within AV.
- Close collaboration with the development teams and the product owners is one of the most important aspects especially for communication and backlog topics.
- Creation and maintenance of productrelated topics you define and optimize internal and external workflows to successfully launch and maintain our product.

- Strong operation and project management skills in an agile environment with the ability to manage various tasks simultaneously
- A clear sense ofownershipand accountability excellentcommunicationskills with team peers and stakeholders alike as well as having a strong bias for action
- Proven problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to nontechnical audiences
- You like working in a dynamic environment in a global role together with highly motivated and resultoriented people all around the world
- Strong project management skills and goodtechnical understanding and thus can support different stakeholders with guidance
- Experience and understanding of OTT and broadcastrelated workflows are beneficial
- English language skills are mandatory any other language is considered a plus.
