Job Description
As a Product Manager you will be a crucial part of our mission to create usercentered products within the AML product area at Verified.
The AML team at Verified is a tightknit group of approximately 10 dedicated individuals who work passionately to create usercentered products within the AML product area. To strengthen our team we seek an experienced Product Manager to lead the product lifecycle from ideation and research through planning and release.
Webelieve youbring a track record of successful product launches preferably within a SaaS and scaleup environment. With your strategic thinking and customercentric approach to product development you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our products and customers.
What will you do
- Create a product roadmap with aligned initiatives that ties into the product portfolio and product strategy.
- Oversee product development activities in collaboration with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular customer and user meetings to gather feedback understand their evolving needs and ensure our products continue to meet their expectations.
- Prioritize development initiatives based on short and longterm business value while maintaining a backlog of development items.
- Bring the legal and regulatory requirements into life in our AML products.
- Define and track key success metrics for products driving execution to achieve them.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning/review/retrospective and backlog refinement.
- Conduct risk assessments for each feature and involve relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure product deployments adhere to the companys compliance policies and industry regulations.
- Take full ownership of assigned products demonstrating leadership and empowering product teams throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Communicate and coordinate with other internal teams such as Solution Management Support and Sales.
What will you bring to the team
- Ability to understand product requirements within the context of business regulatory and technical considerations and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Product Management experience demonstrating a proven track record of leading successful product launches preferably within a SaaS and scaleup environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal with strong listening skills.
- Ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders including customers developers support teams sales and Clevel management.
- Strong strategic thinking and a customercentric approach to product development.
- Experience working in an agile development environment and proficiency in relevant tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with tech and development processes.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Knowledge and experience in AML or other regulations and reg tech are valued.
