Are you eager to gain handson HR experience in a dynamic and fastpaced environment Haztech is looking for a motivated HR Assistant (Summer Student) to support our team in delivering toptier HR services. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills and gain exposure to various aspects of human resources.
As an HR Assistant at Haztech you will:
Support Recruitment Efforts: Assist in job postings resume screening and coordinating interviews.
Facilitate Onboarding: Help with new hire paperwork orientation scheduling and HR documentation.
Maintain Employee Records: Ensure personnel files are accurate and uptodate.
Assist with Training Coordination: Help organize employee training sessions and track certifications.
Provide Administrative Support: Contribute to HR projects data entry and general office tasks.
Promote a Positive Work Culture: Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace morale.
What You Bring to the Table:
Currently enrolled in a postsecondary program in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
A positive teamoriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
