Job Description

Client is a leading firm specializing in original building design and support services for both public and private sector projects. We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team and eventually lead our Architecture department. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects while mentoring a talented team of architects and designers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee architectural design projects from concept to completion.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and designers ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Review and design architectural and engineering plans while ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with clients to address design challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Work with engineers contractors and other industry professionals to ensure project success.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high design and construction standards.
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering Design or a related field.
- Licensed Architect in both New York and Pennsylvania (Required).
- 10 years of experience working as an Architect with public sector design experience preferred.
- Expertise in CAD and AutoCAD software.
- Strong leadership project management and communication skills.
- Highly detailoriented and committed to design excellence.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
