Job Description

Analyze inventory trends and implement strategies to reduce excess inventory while maintaining service levels.
- Develop and execute supplier development strategies to improve performance cost and reliability.
- Work closely with product engineering to identify and execute material cost reduction opportunities.
- Translate raw data into meaningful business insights and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with procurement operations and planning teams to drive supply chain improvements.
- Engage with suppliers to enhance relationships improve lead times and negotiate better terms.
- Support crossfunctional projects that enhance supply chain efficiency and costeffectiveness.
- Other duties as required which may include direct procurement activities as a part of the local sourcing team.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Supply Chain Management or Business Operations Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in engineering supply chain procurement or supplier development.
- Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence development.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
