Location: St Johnsbury VT 05819
Assignment Start Date: 2/24/2025
Facility Salary: $70000.00 to $104000.00
Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and be at the forefront of coordinating exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients. Your expertise will be pivotal in providing comprehensive medical surgical outpatient observation swing bed and pediatric care on the dynamic adult and pediatric Med/Surg unit. Collaborate with a talented group of professionals and lead them to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population all while utilizing the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions.
We prioritize holistic care ensuring that patients age physiological spiritual psychosocial and developmental needs are met with compassion and proficiency. You will be accountable to the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Coordinator and/or Nursing Supervisor during your shift fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- A minimum of three years of acute care experience is required
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Current Vermont RN or multistate licensure is required
- AHA BLS/BCLS certification is essential
- ACLS certification is highly desired.
EMR System: Meditech knowledge/experience preferred
Shift: Night shift 7 pm 7 am! Three 12hour shifts 36 hours per week including every other weekend.
Orientation: will be the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month
** This is NOT a pediatric floor but may occasionally have a pediatric patient DO NOT SUBMIT PEDI ONLY RNs
