Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a Registered Nurse Skilled Nursing(SNF)/LongTerm Care. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Harvard IL 60033
Assignment Start Date: 2/12/2025
12 weeks Days 8hour shift 28 hours guaranteed weekly
The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details.Seeking an experienced RN for our Skilled Nursing units.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides quality patient care by performing treatments and procedures according to established protocols.
- Observe patients and report adverse reactions to medication or treatment
- Administers specified medications as allowed by policy and procedure licensure and State Practice Act.
- Responds in a safe and timely manner to patient requests and reports significant observations to the RN promptly.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the patients plan of care and delivers care safely and within established standards and guidelines.
- Participates in planning for patients care by providing input to the RN and under the direction of the RN assists in implementing the patient care plan.
- Demonstrates knowledge of established hospital and nursing policies. Identifies emergencies initiates nursing measures as appropriate within the scope of practice in emergencies and seeks assistance and direction as necessary.
- Instruct patients in selfcare according to the teaching plan and the directions of the RN.
- Documents this aspect of the patients care.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Must have 2 years of RN experience
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- IL RN licensure required
- Must have BLS/BCLS certification
EMR System: EPIC experience preferred
Shift: Day Shift Hours (7:00A 2:00P); Every 3rd Weekend; Holiday Rotation
Vaccinations: Must be fully vaccinated for COVID19 and the Flu.
