- Conducting regular business activities in person and virtually with Franchisee to coach franchise performance business planning and business development.
- Working closely with each Franchisee to assist with local area marketing training recruitment and retention programs.
- Implement best practice benchmarking and performance management across the franchise portfolio for achievement of settlement amount to budget.
- Providing regular updates on the franchisee portfolio and presenting on franchisee performance.
- Increase footprint of the region by increasing the number of franchises in the region.
- Develop a pipeline of high quality prospective new franchisees through both proactive infield recruitment activities and networking with suitable high quality candidates for a potential channel progression.
- Other responsibilities including coordinating quarterly forums inducting Aussie Franchisees and maintaining a twoway communication channel between the Franchisee and Aussie on franchise issues policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
- Home loan or financial industry sales leadership experience
- 5 years home or commercial lending experience
- An adaptable individual with high energy levels to keep up with the pace of change.
- A selfstarter who is motivated by driving others to succeed.
- Experience in making strategic decisions and applying creativity to problemsolving.
- Ability to proactively identify understand communicate and act on current and future risks.
Desirable but not essential:
- Proven success working alongside business owners in a business coaching role.
- Experience in building and maintaining multilevel business relationships as well as managing franchise relationships in an engaging professional and diplomatic manner.
