Job Description
A well established company is currently recruiting for a Quality Controller and Quality Assurer in the Kempton Park area
We are seeking an experienced Quality Controller and Quality Assurer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality control and assurance specifically with heavy earthmoving machinery such as CAT Komatsu Cummins Bell and Volvo
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant technical or engineering degree preferred
- Minimum of 1015 years in quality control and assurance with a strong focus on heavy earthmoving machinery.
- Extensive knowledge of CAT Komatsu Cummins Bell and Volvo machinery.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lead and train a team
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test heavy earthmoving machinery to ensure they meet OEM company and industry standards. Quality Control plans & QCP Development.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections tests and quality assurance activities.
- Ensure all machinery complies with OEM safety and regulatory standards.
- Identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Provide training to staff on quality control and assurance procedures.
- Recommend and implement improvements to quality control and assurance processes.
