Job Description

Data Management:
- Collect and maintain data from various departments like production inventory and sales.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data entered into company systems.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly MIS reports including production output sales trends and inventory status.
- Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights to management.

System Operations:
- Maintain and troubleshoot ERP/MIS software used by the organization.
- Develop and automate routine reports for efficiency.

Process Optimization:
- Assist in identifying bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing relevant data insights.

Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain documentation of all data processes and system configurations.
- Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality standards.

Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between IT operations and other departments to facilitate smooth data flow.
- Train endusers on MIS tools and reporting systems as required.

Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Experience:
- 2 4 years of experience in an MIS or similar role preferably in a manufacturing setup.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite especially Excel (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Macros).
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP Oracle or equivalent.
- Knowledge of database management (SQL) is an advantage.

- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Timeliness and accuracy of reports generated.
- System uptime and issue resolution speed.
- Quality and actionable nature of data insights provided.
- Improvement in operational efficiency based on datadriven decisions.
