FULFILLS THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PREMIUM BRAND PRESENCE AT RETAIL
Upholds brand standards for occasions & consumer activation campaigns product adjacencies beverage initiatives & shopper marketing programs. Last check before going to print ensures final creative for Occasions & Consumer activation campaigns uphold brand standards
Supports cleanstore policy programs as the liaison between Product and Shopper Marketing
Owns catalog of key visuals approved from Point of Sale. Organization of catalog of key visuals in all RBNA systems incl. Creative Store ISM Calendar tool etc. across both national regional initiatives
Supports POS planning strategy and adhoc development for 360 campaigns retailtainment & popup store projects for Product & Shopper Marketing
Coordinates POS creative testing for National pillars Regional 360 campaigns Alwayson Occasions & Big Moments Consumer Activation programs & select Shopper marketing initiatives
Supports commercialization of annual InStore Messaging calendar by overseeing all print campaigns to ensure ontime delivery and execution of all POS suites at both the national & regional level
Owns key visual approvals for PointofSale execution and liaises with Trade Marketing who then fulfills the mechanical development process with print POS production partner
Liaises with the creative agency of record and print production partner as needed to ensure all outputs are consistent with Brand standards
Ensures all Brand POS assets align with global and national guidelines
MANAGES INTERNAL SYSTEMS TO DRIVE AWARENESS OF TRADE MARKETING PRODUCTS & STRATEGIES
Maintains the annual InStore Messaging calendar & all associated platforms all POS represented within Brand Net SharePoint & Hub space while pushing for regular national & field engagement to manage updates (i.e. monthly Brand deck)
Collaborates with Brand Sell deck team to integrate POS updates in internal communication tools (i.e. monthly Brand call National Activation Call)
Maintains RBNA Off Premise POS catalogs with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy
Maintains RBNA OnPremise POS catalog with efficiencies & brand standards at the highest area of focus
Manages internal shared drive to ensure all POS projects are properly tracked and organized
DRIVES INNOVATION & ENSURES SUSTAINABILITY ACROSS ALL POS/RETAIL INITIATIVES
Ongoing evaluation & assessment of the success of the ZONE approach & its translation to Small Large format independent & OnPremise environments
Leads S.W.O.T. analysis for trade execution for in store for Brand programs including areas of focus for the continued upleveling of our point of sale
Leads competitive analysis for activations within the trade as a means of inspiration & discussion for RBNA to consider
Leads monthly/quarterly/& annual reviews of POS programs at the national & regional level acting as the source of truth for POS suites across Off & On Premise current status program live dates ordering dates etc in order to ensure program execution as well as sustainability measures (production vs fulfillment vs volume
Facilities ongoing Store Checks with comprehensive recaps and actions plans
Qualifications :
2 years of consumer goods industry experience with exposure to retailers required
Strong planning prioritization and project management competencies
Exceptional communication skills including presenting writing and collaboration abilities
The ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment are a must
Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate crossdepartment networking
Conscientious strong attention to detail selfstarting
Creative mind not afraid to question and improve the status quo
Strong conceptual thinking and design critiquing skills
Some Technical Knowledge of POS Production (Print Permanent Temporary) preferred
Experience working with Agencies or Production suppliers preferred
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
Live and represent the Red Bull Brand
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Must be fluent in English additional language skills an advantage

The base salary range for this position is $cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
