SUPPLY PLAN & LOCAL REPACKING
- Support Supply Planner to manage all aspects of local repacking operations for locally repacked SKUs working closely dayto day with our packing supplies local repackers and 3PL.
- Coordinate all interstate stock transfers.
- Complete all related SAP system work particularly minimizing any stock discrepancies between local repacker and Red Bull systems to ensure our systems are accurate.
CONSUMER COMPLAINTS
- Support consumer complaints process for Australia
- Record and report consumer complaints to HQ via workbench
- Communicate and provide consumers with feedback on the HQ Quality teams findings
PRODUCT QUALITY
- Ensure quality reports are up to date and sent through to Austria
- Coordinate monthly field sample analysis for quality testing
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Support Customer Service in monitoring allocating and following up all enquiries through designated inbox.
- Processing orders in SAP
- Investigating delivery enquiries and discrepancies
- Communicate with 3PL on enquiries and issues
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- External stakeholders build strong day to day working relationships and processes with local repacking partner our 3PL and packaging suppliers.
- Internal stakeholders build trusted relationships with Operations Sales Marketing and Finance Team stakeholders.
- Provide Business partnering support on various other Finished goods and Continuous improvement projects across all relevant functions and external stakeholders.
KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES (WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE)
- Methodical systematic and efficient repack planning processes.
- Consumer complaints responded via Zendesk to every day highlighting problem complaints.
- Customer Service:
- Customer Service inbox cleared in full daily.
- Prompt response within 4 hours for allocated queries internal and external enquires
- SAP order release in line with customer requirements
Qualifications :
- Attention to detail
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
- Analytically minded with proven ability to conduct quantitative and statistical analyses complimented with qualitative inputs from multiple sources to draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Selfmotivated team member with strong problemsolving skills to drive resolution.
- Knowledge of ERP. Preferably SAP.
- Knowledge of consumer platforms. Preferably Zendesk.
- Microsoft excel (intermediate level)
- Positive and engaging demeanor Can do Attitude
- Interest in Customer Service / Logistics / Supply Chain issues and trends.
- Dynamic & energetic team player able to meet deadlines.
