Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to lead and manage RetroTagging Teams across multiple customer stores. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of tagging activities managing team productivity and maintaining operational efficiency throughout the tagging period.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all team members arrive onsite on time and maintain accurate attendance registers.
Coordinate daily team schedules including tea and lunch breaks to optimize workflow.
Manage team training to ensure compliance with tagging requirements.
Monitor team performance and daily targets addressing any productivity concerns.
Ensure control scans are executed daily and reported on time.
Monitor and report tagging totals per printer every hour ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Oversee device control sheets to track equipment usage during the tagging period.
Calibrate and troubleshoot printers as needed for smooth operation.
Load printer labels and manage supplies such as labels and printer spools.
Provide daily reports on tagging progress productivity and consumable stock levels.
Work closely with the Tagging Project Manager to ensure alignment and escalate any issues promptly.
Ensure stores are operating optimally with all necessary resources available for uninterrupted tagging.
Requirements
Experience in managing teams and onsite operations.
Strong organizational and problemsolving skills to manage multiple locations.
Ability to train and guide teams on tagging processes and requirements.
Handson experience with label printers and tagging equipment (calibration & troubleshooting).
Ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
Strong communication and reporting skills for accurate daily updates.
Flexibility to travel daily between assigned customer stores.
