Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing & Communications Associate to help drive brand presence and engagement across local national and international markets. As a key member of our team you will play an important role in executing strategic marketing initiatives that support our hotels revenue streams including accommodation food & beverage and events.
- Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
- Content Creation & Communications: Write compelling content for websites social media newsletters and more. Oversee the visual representation of the hotel through photography and videography.
- Social Media & Digital Presence: Manage and grow our social media channels create engaging content and track performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Public Relations & Partnerships: Build relationships with media influencers and local partners to boost hotel visibility.
- Food & Beverage & Event Marketing: Promote our restaurants bars and special events and support event activations to create memorable guest experiences.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track campaign success and provide recommendations for improvement while maintaining marketing budgets.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Skills:
- A Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Strong writing skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with social media management digital marketing and content management systems.
- Knowledge of design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Suite) and photography/videography is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for hospitality and storytelling with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage will be advantageous.
