Administrative Lead

The Keller Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Lead for a national healthcare organization headquartered in the Scottsdale area with a dynamic team of leadership and staff who embrace culture and tenure. This customer servicebased opportunity will oversee the companys Human Resources Assistants and Front Office Assistants requiring knowledge of HR policies and procedures and experience in leading teams. All candidates must be local to Arizona to be considered.
Administrative Lead Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and supervisory support to the Human Resources Assistants and Front Office Assistants with daytoday operations.
- Support the HR Assistants with the onboarding of new employees including background checks completing all new hire paperwork medical files and fielding any questions; ensure information is properly tracked.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate HR files and field requests for employee paystubs performance reviews PTO and more.
- Ensure all company forms and annual posters are updated properly filed disseminated and tracked.
- Provide backup support for the HR Assistants and Front Office Assistant should they be out of the office or need additional assistance.
- Audit all HR and employee personnel files reviewing for consisting terminating employees now longer active and maintaining records of all active employees.
- Oversee office manager duties ensuring office is stocked cleaned as well as managing employee gatherings and office decorations.
- Maintain SmartSheets document with all new hire information updating information as you receive documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the HR department and company operations.
Administrative Lead Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an HR administrative role.
- Strong customer service background with experience managing multiple projects at a time.
- Experience supervising and mentoring team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A "can do" attitude and the willingness to perform a wide variety of tasks required to meet the daily demands of the business
