Job Description
We are thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and detailoriented Housekeeper to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
As a Housekeeper you will:
- Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms.
- Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required.
- Deliver to our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above adhering to the resorts established guidelines.
- Perform room cleaning tasks including stripping units removing all trash and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms kitchens living rooms closets and decks.
- Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Immediately report any Lost & Found items adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned contributing to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operations.
Qualifications :

- Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
