Laparoscopic Surg: Appendectomy Cholecystectomy Hernioplasty Nissen Fundoplication

Head/neck surg (including thyroid) Chest wall/pleural procedures Breast surg OBGYN surg D&C Hysterectomy Liver surg GI endoscopy.

Minor Orthopedics Hand Surg Ventilation mgmt Chest tube insertion Central line insertion PA Catheter placement Laser cert Vascular Surg.

Arterial bypass Plastic Surg Artesias Abdominal wall & Umbilical defects Diaphragmatic hernia Imperforate anus & PDA ligation.

Beds in the Dept: 12

EMR: Athena

Temporary Privileges Available: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active AZ license

BC/BE in General Surgery

DEA

NPDB Report & Case Logs (at least 2 yrs old)
