Job Description
Position : Real Estate Financial Analyst
Working Schedule : 9a5p EST
Salary Range : SA $1500$2000 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for analyzing financial data preparing reports and supporting decisionmaking for real estate investments acquisitions and operations. In this role you will be responsible for approximately 60% Underwriting of new deals 30% Asset Management and 10% additional Excel taskrelated items including RUB project tracker and other excel documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct underwriting financial modeling and analysis to evaluate real estate investment opportunities.
- Preparation of asset management reports
- Preparation and maintenance of Capital Account Ledgers for investors
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports projections and market analyses.
- Analyze property performance operating expenses and cash flow to identify areas for improvement.
- Support due diligence for acquisitions including reviewing financial statements and market data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze market trends property values and economic conditions.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst position.
- 3 years of experience in underwriting new deals.
- Extreme proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Familiarity with financial systems.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deductive reasoning skills are a must.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
