Position : Case Manager
Working Schedule : 8a5p MST
Salary Range :USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Case Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing cases from client intake to case completion ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved. This is a critical role that requires excellent organizational skills strong interpersonal abilities and a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Handle the intake process for new clients ensuring all required information and documentation is collected accurately and efficiently.
- Document Collection: Work with clients to gather necessary paperwork forms and identification to process claims.
- File Submission: Prepare and submit case files to the appropriate entities such as law firms courts or government agencies.
- Case Progress Monitoring: Manage the progress of each case from start to finish tracking milestones deadlines and key deliverables.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients providing updates on case status and addressing any questions or concerns via email text and phone calls as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with law firms attorneys and other stakeholders to resolve issues and move cases forward.
- ProblemSolving: Proactively identify potential roadblocks and find solutions to keep cases on track.
- RecordKeeping: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all client interactions case details and documentation in the company’s system.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in a similar role and highly trainable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and clientfriendly demeanor.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in email text communication and basic office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience in case management legal processes or a related field is a plus but not required.
