Job Description
- Support English trainer and teacher(s) in/out of class by helping in matters such as class management giving extra help to students providing extra support for teachers during class activities etc.
- Closely monitor the students class attendance and learning progress and any class incidents and report to direct managers.
- Check students homework (answer keys provided) and track the submission rate.
- Contact students as needed or as requested by teachers/managers to discuss their learning and behaviour or other matters that require special attention.
- Answer queries from students if relevant to your assigned tasks in the best interest of both students and the company.
- Organize progress tests studentteacher meetings and attend meetings events as requested
- Other related tasks assigned by the English trainer.
Qualifications :
- Experienced in teaching English and working with adult learners or working as an English teacher.
- Bachelor/associate degree in English preferred in pedagogy.
- Effective communication skills
- Patient enthusiastic; able to work independently and in a team.
- Bonus points to candidates who hold a English language certificate such as TESOL and CELTA
