For the Maschinenraum we are looking for a
(Junior) Chef / Solo Chef (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
The Maschinenraum is the shared innovation ecosystem for German mediumsized and familyowned businesses aimed at better understanding and more boldly shaping future topics together. At the same time the Maschinenraum is a coinnovation space in the heart of Berlin spanning 4500 sqm and 7 floors. In addition to the reception area and a caf the Maschinenraum also offers event and workshop spaces as well as around 230 workstations. Thus the Maschinenraum is a place for innovative modern companies and for encounters that inspire.
As the physical location of this initiative the Maschinenraum in Berlin houses leading German family businesses as well as selected personalities founders and investors from the Berlin and international scene. The Maschinenraum is more than just a classic coworking space. With great passion we curate a network that propels Germany forward.
What You Will Achieve
As (Junior) Chef / Solo Chef (m/f/d) in our Maschinenraum Caf you will take care of the wellbeing of our members and event guests.
- You will handle the preparation and cooking of changing meals and design the menu plan.
- You will prepare snacks and cakes for our event guests.
- Through your attention to detail the kitchen and caf will shine anew every day.
- You will be responsible for orders and inventory management.
- You will wash dishes using industrial dishwashers.
- You will clean the kitchen according to HACCP standards and maintain temperature logs.
- You will check and properly store deliveries.
