Job Description

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team is part of Payment Product Development (PPD) CRM Technology team and is responsible for managing system requirements design development integration quality assurance implementation and maintenance of corporate applications. The team works closely with business owners of these services to deliver industry leading packaged software and customer developed solutions.

The candidate will work as part of the CRM team to build and support applications to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM business function. This role will participate in design development testing and support of CRM applications and ensure successful delivery of business capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in developing technical solutions in CRM area.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree combined with 12 years of relevant work experience OR
  • 3 years of relevant work experience
  • 12 years of work experience in the technology industry and a background in software engineering

Technical Qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 product
  • Experience with .Net and JavaScript skills

Preferred Technical Qualifications:

  • Experience with C# or Visual Basic Visual Studio Web Services
  • Experience extending Dynamics CRM Plugins Custom Workflows & Actions using .Net components & SQL
  • Significant experience in development and support of CRM applications
  • Genesys Integration is good to have
  • SQL Server and DB Knowledge
  • Microsoft Dynamics CoPilot experience
  • Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Customer Service Workspace (CSW)

NonTechnical Requirements:

  • Excellent process orientation planning organizational and problemsolving skills
  • Strong interpersonal facilitation skills along with effective communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a complex organization to determine business and customer needs providing the best solution to meet those needs
  • Driven and selfmotivated work creatively to solve challenging problems
  • Willingness to work with different technologies
  • Proactive thinking with a can do attitude and outofbox thinking
  • Experienced in collaborating with medium to large development teams distributed worldwide
  • A team player but can work independently too
  • Multitasking and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
