Job Description

IT Support / Desktop Support Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support / Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. As a Desktop Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to endusers with desktop laptop software and peripheral issues.


Important Trainings would be provided by the client.


Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to desktop laptop software and peripheral issues.
Install configure and troubleshoot hardware and software.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Troubleshoot network issues including connectivity and security issues.
Respond to user requests and provide technical assistance and support.
Document and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.
Install and configure new computers printers and other peripheral devices.
Work with other members of the IT team to resolve issues.


Qualifications:

12 years experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.
Knowledge of operating systems including Windows and Mac OS.(preferred)
Experience with desktop and server hardware.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
