General Managers handle all aspects of running a Dominos Pizza store including leading their team setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. Paid Training! We offer a chance for professional growth by requiring all our General Managers to be trained and certified through our unique Management Development Program. If you have limited experience this program will teach you everything you need to learn to become a successful manager. If you have previous experience the program allows for selfpaced learning and fast tracking to help you advance. Opportunities! Our Management Development Program allows only our own store managers to apply for franchising opportunities which sets us apart from our competition. For many of our General Managers the ultimate goal is to own their own business. Only individuals who have successfully managed a Dominos Pizza store for at least a year are eligible to apply for a franchise. Join our team and learn how business ownership may be within your grasp! Great Pay! Our managers are paid a yearly salary. In addition managers are eligible to earn bonuses and incentives based on the profitability of their stores as well as the stores overall performance. Qualified management applicants must be at least 18 years old have a valid drivers license and a good driving record. Some management experience is a plus. The ability to work in a fastpaced high volume environment and be able to handle multiple tasks at once is required. We are a drugfree workplace and drug test all employees.
