The Junior Graphic Designer will assist in the design and production of visual materials that adhere to the organizations branding guidelines and objectives. This role provides an opportunity to work under the guidance of the Graphic Design Lead contributing to the development of visual content for the Global Panel Team and ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative individual eager to learn and grow with a passion for producing visually appealing designs that support panel acquisition and engagement efforts.
Essential Job functions (what the employee would do):
Including but not limited to the following:
- Work closely with the Graphic Design Lead and other designers to support the design function across all centralised panel brands and Panel team functions.
- Collaborate with all panel functions and stakeholders to effectively contribute to the Panel teams goals with a particular focus on Acquisition Engagement/Retention and Quality.
- Assist in ensuring all design materials follow the companys branding editorial and marketing guidelines and work closely with the content department for consistency.
- Follow design guidelines standards and processes to maintain consistency across all visual materials. Work closely with the Panel/Design team on best practices and efficiencies.
- Help design marketing collateral that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide input and recommendations to enhance user journey and usability on specified websites.
- Collaborate with teams to meet daytoday deliverables.
- Work on diverse projects which may include marketing collateral conference materials web graphics emails infographics and social media images.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
Education and Training Required:
- Degree in design or related field preferred.
- Fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Second language proficiency preferred but not required.
Minimum Experience:
14 years of graphic/visual design experience (internships and relevant coursework are acceptable).
Knowledge Skill Ability:
- Familiarity with Figma Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp Hubspot).
- Understanding of HTML/CSS WordPress and content management systems is a plus.
- Awareness of digital design UI and UX principles.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion design is preferred but not required.
