Key Responsibilities:
Review functional business requirements and design specifications.
Design develop and unit test new features or build new applications.
Identify debug and fix defects in application code.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (BA QA Operations Leadership).
Provide estimates for development efforts.
Participate in SCRUM activities such as sprint planning standups and retrospectives.
Participate in software design discussions and code reviews.
Coordinate with Network Services and Operations teams for environment setup and deployment.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
5 years of professional experience in fullstack software application development using Microsoft technologies.
Proficiency in C# .NET Framework .NET Core (3.1) ASP.NET Web API ASP.NET MVC Razor Pages.
Strong understanding of ObjectOriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID design principles.
Experience with SQL Server including writing stored procedures and functions.
Handson experience with Microsoft Azure services (Application Services Azure Functions Storage Accounts).
Experience with Azure DevOps TFS or other source control and work management tools.
Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript jQuery and Bootstrap for frontend development.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with mandatory inoffice days.
Must be a resident of Arizona or willing to relocate before starting.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a crossfunctional team.

About Our Client: Our client is renowned for developing statewide applications that impact over a million K12 students parents and teachers. This is not a direct hire role it is an hourly consulting position with State of Arizona.Reflik shall be the employer of record for the candidate selected for this role (i.e. Reflik will hire the contingent worker as a W2 employee and pay the salary benefits workers compensation etc.)Corptocorp or subcontracting for this role is not permissible.You will be eligible to receive referral reward up to the end of 3 months from candidates start date or until the end of the assignment whichever is earlier.If the client decides to hire candidate fulltime during the contract tenure you will receive 50% of any applicable conversion fee paid to Reflik.You will receive the referral reward indicated based on the candidates hourly pay rate based on actual hours worked.Reflik will pay you the referral reward after the client has paid Reflik for the hours worked by the candidate.
