YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
23 years of customer service experience focusing on problem resolution and deescalation
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service
Excellent organizational multitasking and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications CRM tools and general computer navigation
