Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Surveyor/GPS Technician with a background in civil construction. The ideal candidate will be passionate about heavy highway and civil construction projects including earthwork paving structures and underground utilities.
Requirements:
- High school or equivalent
- Prior experience in heavy civil construction.
- Six months of handson experience with GPS and construction layout particularly in heavy civil construction.
- Proficient with Trimble survey equipment and software (Trimble Business Center GPS base and Rover).
- Strong attention to detail problemsolving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with heavy highway and survey practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting project demands.
