Job Overview

Our client a leading retail insights and execution platform is expanding into Spain and Portugal. They provide realtime data analytics compliance tracking and instore execution solutions to leading brands and retailers.

They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development efforts establish key partnerships and drive revenue growth in FMCG Consumer Electronics DIY and Retail sectors.

This is a highimpact role ideal for a salesdriven professional with expertise in retail execution trade marketing and consumer goods sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop partnerships with brands retailers trade marketers and category managers.
  • Present and demonstrate the platforms impact on store execution compliance and sales performance.
  • Drive business expansion in Spain and Portugal closing deals with key decisionmakers.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues and local business development partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows.

Candidate Profile

  • 3 years of sales experience in FMCG Retail Consumer Electronics or Trade Marketing.
  • Strong B2B sales experience particularly in the retail technology or merchandising sectors.
  • Fluent in Spanish & English (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and drive business growth from scratch.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
  • A strong network in the retail sector with proven dealclosing experience.
