Are you passionate about industrial processes and looking for an enriching experience abroad Join our team in Cedar Rapids Iowa USA as a Yeast Extract Process Engineer under a VIE contract!
The job at a glance
For 18 months you will be involved in optimizing production processes supporting new equipment startups and contributing to new product development.
What you will do
Optimize production processes (autolysis microfiltration drying etc.) alongside the groups industrial management
Support the drying department at Cedar Rapids
Conduct and coordinate studies and continuous improvement actions in terms of time organization and cost
Participate in the startup of new installations
Lead industrial trials
Take on other assigned projects
Qualifications :
The ideal profile
Bachelors degree or above preferably in foodindustrial engineering
At least 1 year of industrial field experience (postgraduate)
Fluent English is mandatory
Solid knowledge of unit operations of industrial processes
Ability to work in a multicultural environment with autonomy initiative and teamwork skills
Strong communication skills and a handson engineering mindset

VIE Eligibility Criteria
You must be between 18 and 28 years old
You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area (EEA)
You must not have already completed a VIE assignment
