In Merchant Business Systems & Compliance team You will own the transformation of the merchant journey by building an integrated scalable and stateoftheart CRM platform to empower frontline teams and enhance operational efficiency by establishing industry best practices automations and ensuring scalability and reliability of the system.

Ownership: Observability and ownership from Kubernetes upwards are very much what we live and breathe. We handle the whole development process (business logic testing database & data streaming CI/CD analytics cloud) ourselves in an autonomous manner. Dont worry were not alone: We have support from central teams when we need help.

This role will be based in Finland or Germany. 

Qualifications :

• Design develop and customize applications within the Salesforce platform including Apex Lightning Components Visualforce Pages Triggers Workflows and Approval Processes.

• Stay current with the latest Salesforce features tools and best practices to continuously improve the platform and your contributions.

What were looking for

• A problemsolver who thrives in fastpaced dynamic environments.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

• 5 years of experience in application engineering with a proven track record of delivering scalable distributed systems.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM platform) with handson experience in Sales Cloud Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud implementations.

• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java Python or Node.js.

• Strong experience with RESTful API design microservices architecture and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).

• Experience in designing and delivering systems with a strong compliance focus.

• Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML CSS and modern frontend frameworks like React.

• Deep understanding of database design performance optimization and system integration.

• Strong analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience with thirdparty integrations and automation tools such as Salesforce or Mulesoft is a plus.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset.
