IPN Order Management (Trade Goods) : Adapt and Liaise continuous capacity / order planning with the IPN (World wide RB Plants) at part number level / product to enable seamless deliveries to customer within frame work of Logistics Agreement to provide seamless deliveries to customer.
Performance Systems Processes : Adapt and organize S&OP Governance standards customer agreements and Logistics processes e.g. (LIWAKS AVR LPC Bottleneck Management) Oversee and improve logistics KPIs (Cost TCT TLC LIWAKS PLKZ etc.) Quality of inventory (Blocked stock Ageing etc.) to ensure Logistic excellence within the supply chain.
Compliance Management : Adapt commercial processes to be legally compliant with Internal Guidelines Viz: OMP (Bosch India) Central Directives and external laws namely Foreign trade Customs and taxation laws
Escalation Management : Notify logistics order fulfilment / in warding topics to leadership team (as per escalation matrix) to seek appropriate management interventions / decisions.
