Were looking for an experienced HR professional to join us as HR Manager Advise for the Nordic region. You will lead a team of five HR Advisors across nearly 200 stores in the Nordic countries including both established markets and emerging ones. In this role youll ensure HR is central to our success while providing expert guidance to leaders and employees and driving both local and global HR initiatives and projects.
At Rituals we place great importance on our culture our rapid growth and our ability to manage change. This role involves extensive relationshipbuilding change management and balancing strategic and operational work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coach and develop your team while providing expert HR guidance.
- Manage employee relations labour law compliance and collective bargaining across the region.
- Drive HR processes and projects to support business success.
- Lead change management and support business transformation.
- Oversee health safety and wellbeing initiatives in line with our values.
- Conduct HR training and foster a leadership culture aligned with company values.
- Use HR data and insights to drive business decisions.
- Manage the employee lifecycle ensuring a positive experience for all.
- Support talent development and workforce planning.
Qualifications :
Key Qualifications
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.
- Strong commitment to a peoplefirst culture and talent retention.
- Bachelors degree in HR or a related field.
- Growth mindset and valuesdriven leadership.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and HR system skills.
- Experience in both operational and strategic HR roles. Fluency in English is required; additional Nordic language are a plus.

- Experience managing HR projects and ensuring execution excellence.
