- Experienced Support Team: Collaborate with a dedicated team including a full staff of dental assistants multiple hygienists and 4 other owner partners to collaborate with!
- Pediatric Care: Lead the delivery of highquality pediatriccentered care across a wide range of services.
- Patient Relationships: Develop longterm trusting relationships with families and their children and educate patients on treatment options to improve their oral health.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a skilled team of dental assistants and hygienists fostering a collaborative positive and efficient environment.
- Practice Growth: Help drive continued success and growth by maintaining an excellent standard of care and patient service contributing to monthly production and collection goals.
- Work in a facility with 8 fully equipped operatories
- Average Monthly Production: $248K
- Average Monthly Collections: $244K
- A minimum of 23 years of experience as a practicing dentist strongly preferred
- Pediatric Specialist is preferred but open to General Dentist with a strong Pediatric background
