Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with expertise in S/4HANA Public Cloud (Public Edition) implementations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading endtoend projects in supply chain and manufacturing domains. The role involves managing the overall project lifecycle ensuring successful implementation using the Activate methodology and providing leadership and guidance to the customer throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- EndtoEnd Project Management: Lead the endtoend implementation of S/4HANA Public Cloud for manufacturing and supply chain projects ensuring ontime and onbudget delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels guiding them through different project phases.
- Activate Methodology: Apply SAP Activate methodology for project planning execution and delivery ensuring best practices are followed.
- Project Leadership: Oversee the entire project life cycle from blueprinting to golive providing direction to internal and external teams.
- Flexibility in Travel: Travel as per client requirements which may include occasional shortterm travel (up to 2 days a month or several weeks in a row) as per project needs.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues providing mitigation strategies and resolving problems promptly to avoid project delays.
- Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including technical and business resources to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 8 years of experience managing SAP projects with at least 3 recent endtoend S/4HANA Public Cloud (Public Edition) implementations.
- Strong background in supply chain and manufacturing projects.
- Methodology Expertise: Proven experience with SAP Activate methodology for project delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and guide clients through complex phases of the project.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience working in the manufacturing industry ideally within the agricultural machinery sector.
- Travel Flexibility: Must be flexible with travel; planned travel for 2 days a month or multiple weeks in a row based on client needs.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related fields. PMP or similar certifications are a plus.
