Job Description
Job Title: User Experience (UX) Designer for MultiUser Applications
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive userfriendly designs for multiuser applications.
- Design wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups for MUMAs considering the complexity of multiuser access role management and data interaction.
- Conduct user research including interviews usability testing and data analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create user personas journey maps and flow diagrams to effectively communicate design concepts and processes.
- Ensure the design of multiuser interfaces provides seamless navigation and clear effective interactions for users with different roles and permissions.
- Design and advocate for responsive accessible and inclusive designs across a variety of devices and platforms.
- Work with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and deliver the desired user experience.
- Stay uptodate with UX design trends tools and best practices and incorporate them into the design process.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback performance metrics and project requirements to continuously improve user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in UX Design Graphic Design HCI or a related field.
- Experience designing user experiences for complex multiuser systems (e.g. MultiUser Management Applications ERP systems collaborative platforms).
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD or similar tools for creating wireframes prototypes and mockups.
- Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and practices.
- Experience with designing user interfaces that cater to multiple user roles and access levels.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for designing inclusive user experiences.
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing with the skills to analyze results and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including developers product managers and other stakeholders.
- A portfolio demonstrating your UX design skills process and experience in multiuser systems.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
