Job Description
Job Title: Drupal Lead
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Drupal development team to deliver robust and secure solutions.
- Architect design and develop Drupalbased applications ensuring best practices in coding and performance.
- Customize and extend Drupal modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers product managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless user experience.
- Maintain security and compliance standards for all Drupal applications.
- Optimize site performance scalability and server configurations.
- Provide technical guidance mentorship and code reviews for junior developers.
- Stay up to date with Drupal community updates and emerging web technologies.
- Experience in Drupal development including Drupal 8 9 or 10.
- Strong expertise in PHP MySQL HTML CSS JavaScript and Twig templating.
- Experience with custom module development and theming.
- Knowledge of API integrations headless Drupal and decoupled architectures is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD Git Docker and cloud platforms (AWS Azure or similar).
- Strong problemsolving debugging and performance optimization skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
