Job Description
Reports to: GMOperations & Projects
Location: Nigeria
Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Head of Project with a background in the Food & Beverage industry specifically in noodle/pasta flour mill oil mill and flexible packaging sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering largescale projects exceptional leadership skills and technical expertise.

1. Project Planning and Initiation
2. Project Execution
3. Stakeholder Management
4. Quality Assurance
5. Team Management
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelors/masters degree in mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering
2. Experience: 15 years of project management experience in Food & Beverage industry
At least 5 years in a leadership role
3. Age: Maximum 4045 years
4. Technical Expertise:
Familiarity with food processing technologies and equipment
Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (e.g. HACCP GMP)
5. Leadership:
Ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams (Civil Mechanical Electrical engineers)
6. Skills:
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent project management planning and organizational skills
Proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Primavera Asana)

3. Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills
