The following areas of focus will be central to your role in this position:
- Sourcing and screening candidates to fill open positions for different accounts.
- Coordinating with the hiring supervisor and the Recruitment Team any possible concerns.
- Identifying qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.
- Conducting initial phone screens and inperson interviews.
- Extending job offers to successful candidates.
- Willing to take on new roles or tasks assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following attributes:
- A minimum of two years of volumesourcing experience
- A bachelors degree in Human Resources or any related Business course
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to use an applicant tracking system (ATS).
- With background in being in a Manpower/Headhunter company is preferred
