Role Overview:
As a Content Compliance your primary responsibility will be to assess usergenerated content and ensure it adheres to platform policies. You will play a key role in enforcing content regulations addressing user concerns and working alongside your team to maintain a safe and welcoming online environment. Additionally staying updated on emerging digital trends will be crucial in refining moderation approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Evaluation: Review videos images comments and links to verify compliance with community guidelines and remove inappropriate material.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to platform rules across different types of content.
- User Assistance: Address user appeals and provide clear justifications for moderation decisions.
- Regulatory Adherence: Work collaboratively with your team to meet all legal and compliance requirements.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor user behavior to detect potential risks and improve moderation strategies.
- Process Enhancement: Offer feedback to enhance moderation tools and optimize workflows.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (B2/C1 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- Customer support experience is preferable
- Strong analytical leadership and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
