About the Internship
We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in Finland. This internship provides a handson opportunity to dive into the world of recruitment sourcing and employer branding while working alongside experienced Talent Acquisition Partners and Leads. Your contributions will play a crucial role in identifying exceptional talent and enhancing the hiring process at Wolt.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing top talent through platforms like LinkedIn job boards and recruitment tools.
Candidate Pipeline: Build and manage candidate pipelines for various roles across departments such as Sales Marketing and Operations.
Job Posting: Support the team by creating and managing job advertisements on different platforms ensuring visibility and engagement.
Interview Coordination: Help schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Employer Branding: Collaborate on employer branding initiatives including social media campaigns and recruitment events.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry hiring trends and talent market dynamics to support strategic decisionmaking.
Data Analysis: Track recruitment metrics (e.g. timetohire source effectiveness) and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency.
Process Improvement: Support efforts to enhance candidate experience and streamline recruitment processes.
Qualifications :
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proactiveness: Selfstarter with a cando attitude and ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities when needed.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Passion for Recruitment: A keen interest in talent acquisition candidate experience and employer branding.
