Job Description
Job Purpose:
To support the business through the provision of insightful analysis management information and KPIs and to standardise and develop accounting and business reporting through use of global reporting tools.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of month end variances collaboration with finance team on investigation of variances and business explanations
- Support Monthly Reporting to Divisional Board
- Support FP&A team in preparation & analysis of budget & forecasts
- Support Monthly Board Pack
- Reconciliation of Global Recharge Processes
- Reporting and Analysis of KPIs supporting SES initiatives and divisional balanced scorecard
- Other ad hoc analysis as required
Qualifications :
Technical Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Curiosity
- Confident to engage with business users and management at all levels
- Good communication IT and written presentation skills
- Fluency in business English
- Conscientious and organised worker who completes tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to work on own initiative is essential
- A good team player and ability to network within the Smiths finance community
