Were looking for a new resultsdriven enterprisesales professional tojoin rapidly growing Frends and play a vital role in shaping our growth in the Finnish market.
In this roleyour main responsibility is to create new enterprise customers for our integration platformFrends eiPaaS.We promise you full support from Frends sales organization and technical experts. At Frends we have a low hierarchy and little bureaucracy and we trust our people and give them space to operate. Of course we expect results.
Frends iPaaS is our own modern lowcode integration platform. Frends solves the digitalization challenges of both global and smaller customers and in both private and public sectors in various industries. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute pipeline generation to acquire new enterprisecustomers and build strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with presales architects and experts to design and present tailored integration solutions.
- Drive consistent growth by identifying upselling and crossselling opportunities with team support.
- Represent Frends at industry events networking opportunities and customer meetings to strengthen our presence.

What you bring
- understanding of integration technology familiarity with SaaS/PaaS solutions ideally also iPaaS and curiosity toward technical solutions
- 5 years of proven success in proactive B2B solution sales within SaaS/PaaS targeting Enterprise IT customers.
- ability to navigate enterprise organizations identifying key stakeholders and building a strong sales pipeline
- strong new business sales orientation and customercentric thinking
- adept at identifying and utilizing internal resources to support your sales cycle
- superb listening skills: You must understand and empathize with our customers/prospects pain points with a solution and valuebased mindset
- as a person: proactive strong communication skills goaloriented committed flexible and responsible enjoying the low hierarchy culture and most importantly willing to work in fastpaced situations in a dynamic IT company with an enthusiastic attitude
The role requires fluent/native Finnish and professional English (both verbally and in writing) as well as living in Finland with a work permit.We support hybrid work mode but also require visiting our Espoo office on a weekly/monthly basis.Occasionally traveling is needed to meet customers and teams and attend events.

Additional Information
- The start is flexible according to your situation and we offer a permanent fulltime position.
- The position will be filled as soon as the right person is found.
- You will be reporting to the Head of Sales Frends Finland.
- Our recruitment process includes three to four discussions. To ensure a smooth and informative process you will meet at least our People Integrator Finland Head of Sales and CRO. Reference checks are also included.
