Key Responsibilities
Candidate is responsible for building and maintaining the cloud native system
Candidate must readily adapt to changing requirements; keep uptodate on emerging technologies;
and be ready to help implement these new products and technologies to enhance the system.
Technical Requirements
Experience with Linux (Red Hat and CentOS desired)
Enterprise Service Active Directory LDAP DNS
System security hardening and accreditation (e.g. DCID 6/3 ICD503)
Automated OS and cloud infrastructure installation
Cloud virtualization
Configuration and use of nat dns ldap nis nfs iptables free ipa
System performance monitoring and tuning
Performing monitoring and designing system backup plans
Create debug and enhance scripts (e.g. bash csh Perl ruby python expect)
Automate repetitive tasks
Basic knowledge of switching routing IP addressing and networks
Experience with multicast
Train others on system maintenance duties
Source code control systems both use and administration (cvs subversion git)
Experience with Docker Kubernetes Gluster Ceph
Education
A Bachelors degree in computer related discipline is desired but not mandatory. Candidate may
substitute relevant work experience.
