There is no flexibility on this schedule. The schedule must be in constancy with the Supply Chain team.
NOTE:
This position has a strong possibility to go Direct Hire.
The duration of this assignment is 12 months. We will reevaluate at the 9month mark if they have not already moved to conversion.
Bonus: For direct hires only ACIP Annual Bonus is 5% with potential to go to 10% depending on group/division/site objectives.

POSITION SUMMARY:
With limited supervision responsible for administrative duties of moderate scope and complexity which requires independent judgement and familiarity with applicable procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Following established procedures perform a variety of administrative responsibilities. May be required to perform some or all of the following:
Provides senior level site administrative support.
Organizes scans and files important records with careful attention to detail
Enters relevant information from these records into databases
Tracks office and kitchen supplies. Reorders as needed.
Follows all relevant safety and communication protocols
Uses Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel routinely to track progress and communicate.
Provides support for visitors to the site such as booking conference rooms & ordering lunches
Keeps lobby area in order. May assist visitors with signing in
Assists with tracking items stored offsite
Annually boxes up prior year records
Job Requirements:
Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
Seven years related office experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
Experience using a spreadsheet
Education certificate in applicable functional area preferred.
Thorough knowledge of office equipment administrative procedures and/or terminology in functional area.
Ability to accurately type 55 wpm where applicable. Personal computer skills required.
Must demonstrate effective verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
