Service Now Admin
Attending Daily scrum meeting and provide status updates
Checking ServiceNow system diagnostic data
Daily check on Transaction logs with Response time Error Logs and Verifying Auto Refresh Time of users
Update and notify on Dormant users and weekly ITIL removal for inactive users
User /Group Access provisioning and administration
Catalog Form creation and enhancement
Creating and customizing UI policies actions scripts ACLs Business Rule and Client script
Smoke Testing post Upgrades patching and network maintenance
Creation of Reports and Dashboards based on business requirement
Creation of Workflows/Flow Designer
Analysis of reported issues and fixes
Deployment of Update Sets
Day to Day Support and maintenance of the ServiceNow Platform.
Creation and administration of Notifications Template creation
Ability to manage multiple requests assess priorities and achieve solutions under given deadline
Requirement gathering and providing solutions based on best practices to business user
Knowledge base document preparation and signoff with customer.
