Job Description

Position Solution Architect/Functional Analyst

Client/Apple has a need for a Solutions Architect/Functional Analyst. Candidate needs to be technical although this will be more of a functional role.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- As a Solution Architect / Functional Analyst will be supporting multiple systems in the service management & shared services space
- Collaborate with business engineering teams and other cross functional teams to drive requirements analysis and help define and deliver end to end solutions that meets business and goals.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to gather requirements and perform high level systems impact analysis for new business initiatives
- Perform Requirement/ Functional Detailed analysis & document specifications
- Ensure proper requirement traceability and delivery during development and Integration Testing
- Provide solution handoff and training for the new features to Operations and Production Support teams
Key Qualifications:
- Experience/exposure to business requirements analysis
- Experience with business and engineering collaboration
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (including agile and traditional waterfall)
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational skills
- Ability to juggle and complete multiple tasks
- Experience working in a cross functional timezone distributed team environment
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills
- Selfmotivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
- Engineering/ Technical background
- Familiarity with Java SOA J2EE Object Oriented Programming ORACLE & MongoDB
